  • The right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, with the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from the original controller.
  • The right to have personal data cease being used for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.
  • The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning him or similarly significantly affects him, if the conditions set forth in Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met.

The right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, with the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance. The right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling. The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her, if the conditions set forth in Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met. The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner against the controller if he or she believes that the processing of his or her personal data breaches the General Data Protection Regulation. I am aware that I can address all of the above requests related to the exercise of rights regarding personal data to the controller in writing, specifically to the email address info@electrovo.eu. I am aware that, for the purposes of reliable identification in the event of exercising rights related to personal data, the controller may require additional information from me, and may only refuse action if it can demonstrate that it cannot reliably identify me. I am aware that the controller must respond to my request, in which I exercise my rights regarding the aforementioned personal data, without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request.
